This 300 Watt LED High Output Flood Light Fixture, 5700K, IP65 Waterproof, Dimmable, 200V-480V High Voltage, Bronze, Commercial Lighting Garden Yard Park Stadium Arena Lighting Fixture is the high voltage, bronze commercial lighting, where as FD021 is low voltage, black lighting. That is why there is a difference as well in the pricing of both the lights.
